When do tours run?
Every night in December, with two sessions: early departing 7:00 PM and late departing 9:30 PM. Both run two hours.
What's included?
Everyone gets an air-conditioned seat and a Santa hat or reindeer antlers to wear. Adults get cold drinks (water); kids also get juice, a Zooper Dooper Icey Pole, a glow stick and a goodie bag.
Do kids need to be accompanied?
Adult tickets are for people aged 18 and over. Yes — kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult, so every under-15 guest needs an adult on the booking and on the bus.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
No — our buses aren't wheelchair accessible. If that matters for your group, please contact us before booking and we'll do our best to help.
Can we book the whole bus?
Yes. Private hire gives your group the whole bus and your own playlist. We price it around your head count and the inclusions you want, so just contact us for a quote.
How do I pay?
Payment comes first — pay when you book by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay where available, then check your payment result on the confirmation page. Your pickup location follows closer to the night, once we've planned the route.
Can we cancel or get a refund?
We have a no-refund policy — but if your plans change, we're happy to move your booking to a different date instead. If we ever cancel a bus and no other date suits you, we'll refund you.
Where do we get on?
We're based in Melbourne and tour the city's brightest light-up neighbourhoods. Your pickup location will be confirmed closer to your tour date, once we've planned the best route between the neighbourhoods.
